Law No. 11 of 2020 Concerning Job Creation Article 88c Paragraph (1) Provincial Minimum Wage which was passed on 2 November 2020 by the Indonesian government as a regulation which is expected to create and increase employment and the Indonesian economy. The author's formulation of the problem is what is the Impact of Law No. 11 of 2020 Regarding Job Creation Article 88c Paragraph (1) Provincial Minimum Wage on the Employee Remuneration System of PT Sampoerna Agro Aek Tarum Mesuji Raya, and What is the View of Islamic Law on the Remuneration System of Law No. 11 2020 Concerning Job Creation Article 88c Paragraph (1) Provincial Minimum Wage. This study uses a type of qualitative research. The primary data source is PT Sampoerna Agro Aek Tarum and the secondary data source is employees of PT Sampoerna Agro Aek Tarum. Data collection techniques in this study are through observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that in Law No. 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation Article 88c Paragraph (1) The Provincial Minimum Wage has a very good aim for companies or workers/labor if carried out with appropriate procedures, by conducting surveys to places the place or area to be reviewed regarding the cost of basic necessities of life there in order to create employee wages/salaries that are in accordance with the necessities of life in the area where the employee lives.
